Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Radiology - Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment in California. The technologist will support cardiac cath lab procedures, scrub for PCI/STEMI, and participate in cardiac and peripheral cases. Expect 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with required on-call shifts.

Candidates should have 2 years of cath lab experience, a valid license, and RCIS and BLS certifications. Cerner charting is used; call rotation includes weekends; daily caseload around eight cases.

Description:Profiles are sent directly to the unit.Candidates must have scrub experience in cardiac and peripheral cases.Candidates should have 2 years of cath lab experience.The average number of cases per day is 8.Call is required, averaging 12 days a month, including at least one weekend.Response time for call is 30 minutes.Holidays require call assignments that are rotated and assigned.Common cases include all cardiac invasive procedures, peripheral procedures, and diagnostic interventions.No dirty procedures such as PEGs, G-tubes, or nephrostomy tubes are performed.The charting system used is Cerner.Cancelling up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment is possible.
