Description:This position is for a Cath Lab Tech working a 4x10 day schedule.The hours will be from 06:30 to 17:00.No call, weekends, or major holidays will be required.Local candidates are accepted within a 60-mile radius.Candidates must possess necessary certifications.They will be tasked with various cath lab procedures including diagnostic catheterizations, hemodynamic monitoring, and pacemaker insertion.Skills in angioplasty, stent placement, and fluoroscopy are required.The candidate should be experienced in recognizing life-threatening arrhythmias.Scrub procedures and maintaining a sterile field are also essential duties.Experience in working with adult and geriatric patient populations, including those with CAD, PVD, and cancer, is required.Prior experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiology settings is preferred.Compliance with isolation precautions and the use of rapid response teams is expected.Candidates must be prepared to handle various special procedures in the cath lab.Effective communication and accurate monitoring skills are essential for this role.
