Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of procedures per policy to meet patient, physician, and department needs.
• Maintain and adjust schedules based on availability of staff and equipment; resolve conflicts.
• Prepare and distribute the schedule; communicate changes promptly.
• Protect patient confidentiality and provide courteous communication by phone and in person.
• Assist with related clerical duties as needed.
