Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate in Burnsville, MN. The casual/temporary role involves greeting patients, registering arrivals, answering calls and scheduling imaging appointments with a cheerful, professional approach.

Flexibility to work various shifts Monday–Friday 6:30am–5:00pm and Saturdays as needed; includes DailyPay option and benefits for eligible staff. High school diploma and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Field phone calls for Center Team Members and relay messages as needed.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients awaiting exams.
