RAYUS Radiology in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet patients, check them in for imaging, answer phones, and schedule appointments in a cheerful, professional manner.

This temporary/casual role offers varied shifts Monday–Friday 6:30am–10:30pm and some Saturdays; strong customer service, computer and MS Office skills are essential, with prior medical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).
• Preferred: previous medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Verify insurance, pre-certify exams, and obtain authorizations.
• Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
