Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma; ability to read and write English.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients, visitors and hospital staff.
• Understanding of aging processes and cultural patterns in care.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiographer with portable radiographic procedures.
• Prepare patient for radiographic procedures and position for imaging.
• Transport patients and supplies; ensure correct patient identification.
• Clean and prepare equipment and rooms; maintain infection control standards.
• Log data into computer system and complete required forms.
