The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma, 1 year of medical office experience, basic computer skills, and a BLS certification. Healthy collaboration with technologists and staff ensures smooth operations and quality

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, collect copays, verify patient information and notify arrival.

• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and inform staff of changes.
• Ensure equipment and tools are sterilized in each department before patient exams.
• Assist technologists with patients and maintain patient comfort.
• Safeguard patient property and protected health information on site and online.
