Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of previous medical office experience and intermediate computer skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, collect copays, and verify all patient information; notify arrival and reschedule as needed.
• Obtain insurance/authorizations and patient information, collect signatures, ensure documentation is complete.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
