Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Account Manager – Radiology in Charlotte, NC, to build and nurture relationships with regional radiology accounts and drive growth through strategy, pricing, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will partner with CT/MR Sales Consultants and hospital leadership to activate Account Business Plans, manage revenue and margins, and coordinate with procurement, IT and Value Analysis Committees across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• Direct experience with account planning and implementation.
• Experience with medical device/pharma industry and sales leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships across integrated health systems and imaging outpatient centers.
• Deep understanding of radiology workflows and imaging priorities.
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
• CRM tools experience (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Develop long‑term business partnerships with medium‑size accounts within the region.
• Oversee contract pricing and standardization, quoting price/discounts and monitoring regional pricing to align with guidelines.
• Develop and execute Account Business Plans for medium‑size accounts, engaging radiology leaders and collaborating with procurement.
• Own sales objectives for mid‑tier regional accounts, including revenue and gross margin.
• Lead relationships with Radiology Leaders, Procurement, IT, Imaging Operations and VACs across accounts.
• Coordinate activation of field team resources to support expansion across three Centers of Gravity.
• Leverage analytics, dashboards and CRM to inform opportunities and business reviews.
• Identify insights and trends to inform ongoing account strategies.
