Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant in Phoenix, AZ, to drive revenue in the MR portfolio. You will build radiology relationships, understand contracts, and influence healthcare leaders to adopt Bayer MR solutions.

The role covers AZ, NM, UT, and NV, with a strong emphasis on value-based selling, cross-functional collaboration, and in-suite clinical support. A bachelor’s degree and MRI domain experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong radiology/medical devices knowledge.
• Proven success in driving adoption of imaging technologies and contrast agents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for Bayer MR portfolio across assigned accounts and territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders and VACs to expand Bayer Radiology presence.
• Navigate buying processes and influence decision-makers across health systems.
• Partner with NAMs/SAMs/AMs and cross-functional teams to integrate MR solutions.
• Develop territory business plans and generate compliant quotes and proposals.
• Maintain CRM data accurately to support forecasting and reporting.
• Deliver clinical and business presentations on MR products and workflows.
• Travel across assigned accounts as needed to deepen engagements.
