Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs invites qualified Radiologist(s) to express interest in employment opportunities within the VA Health Care Systems in the West Texas region. This is an open continuous announcement and applications will be reviewed weekly or as requested by management at the specified location.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO degree and radiology residency.
• Current, full, unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Board certification/eligibility in Radiology preferred.
• Experience interpreting CT, MRI, ultrasound and radiographs.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiology interpretation and patient care.
• Establish imaging protocols and review imaging requests.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain credentialing and privileging documentation.
