Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks an experienced radiologist to join the Imaging Service. The staff radiologist will provide diagnostic imaging interpretation and participate in clinical rotations, tumor board activities, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements include MD or DO degree, full, unrestricted license in the US, residency in radiology, board eligibility or certification, and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an approved medical school.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Board certification in Radiology preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiology interpretation and reporting.
• Participate in tumor board activities and imaging service governance.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising imaging staff.
• Update SOPs and ensure compliance with QA programs.
• Collaborate with the Imaging Service Chief and Deputy Chief.
