Job summary

Central Texas VA, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks a Diagnostic Radiologist to interpret a wide range of imaging exams across Temple, Austin, Waco, and community clinics. Strong fellowship background and ABR certification are preferred, with experience in MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, and interventional procedures.

Qualifications

• Board Certification by the American Board of Radiology (preferred).
• Fellowship training within the last 10 years is highly desirable.
• Proficient in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Plain Films.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a wide spectrum of diagnostic imaging exams: MRI, CT, CT Angiograms, Fluoroscopy, ultrasound, general radiology (x-ray).
• Perform limited interventional procedures, including CT and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration and biopsies.
• Collaborate across multiple Central Texas sites using PACS and voice recognition systems.
