Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP) is seeking experienced training professionals to design and deliver RCT/SRCT curricula, foster leadership, and coordinate NRF response drills. You will develop NRF product-line training for new RCTs and monitor data to spot weaknesses, leading corrective actions.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and rigorous program execution. Qualifications include SRCT and RCTQS credentials with extensive relevant experience; NR RPT certification and related operator

Qualifications

  • Experience with training design for RCTs and SRCTs.
  • Leadership and curriculum development experience.
  • Ability to organize radiological spill drills.
  • Familiarity with NRF product lines is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, schedule, and deliver training for RCTs and SRCTs in classroom and in-field settings.
  • Foster leadership skills among RCSLs and TMs.
  • Organize and coordinate small-scale radiological spill drills.
  • Develop and execute curriculum on NRF product lines for newly qualified RCTs.
  • Serve as training coordinator for NRF Transportation Emergency Response Team.
  • Support NRF radiological training programs.
  • Monitor data streams to evaluate weaknesses and identify trends.
  • Develop corrective actions or strategic plans to drive improvement.
