Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and administration to a radiologic technology program for students and faculty.
• Ensures curriculum standards, student retention, completion, and accreditation compliance (JRCERT).
• Counsels and advises students; supports academic and professional development.
• Educates on institutional resources, policies, and clinical procedures.
• Implements teaching methods and educational technology to enhance hybrid learning.
• Completes professional development and supports departmental initiatives.
• Maintains documentation to comply with accreditation, policies, and FERPA, where applicable.
• Collaborates with partners to improve clinical placement and engagement, especially for at-risk students.
• Provides referrals for personal, social, or academic concerns affecting success.
• Plans and coordinates events such as Orientation, Graduation, and workshops.
• Stays current with guidelines and best practices in radiologic technology education.
