Chattanooga College MDTC seeks a Program Director, Radiologic Technology to lead the hybrid Radiologic Technology program, oversee faculty and students, and ensure accreditation success. The candidate must hold an accredited Master's degree and ARRT certification, with proven leadership and teaching experience in JRCERT-accredited programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• ARRT certification and active radiography registration.
• 2+ years leadership in radiologic technology.
• 2+ years teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Experience with accreditation processes (e.g., JRCERT) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and administration to radiologic technology students and faculty, with regular progress updates.
• Implements curriculum standards, supports retention, completion, and JRCERT compliance.
• Counsels and advises individuals through sessions to address academic or professional concerns.
• Educates individuals on institutional resources, radiologic technology policies, clinical procedures, and expectations.
• Promotes hybrid learning, teaching methodologies, and educational technology for student success.
• Completes professional development annually and supports faculty development opportunities.
• Maintains documentation and records to comply with accreditation and FERPA requirements.
• Collaborates with departments and healthcare partners to improve engagement and clinical placement.
