Job summary

Chattanooga State Community College seeks a Program Director for the Neurodiagnostic Technology program. The director will oversee the Neurodiagnostic Laboratory Technology program, teach courses, and ensure accreditation compliance while maintaining a positive learning environment for students.

The role reports to the Dean of Nursing & Allied Health, involves collaboration with faculty and staff, and requires at least 5 years of clinical/teaching experience and Tennessee licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active certification in neurodiagnostic field (NDT/EP/PSG/NCS/LTM/IONM).
• Tennessee licensure or eligibility for licensure required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program quality and accreditation compliance.
• Teach in the Associate of Applied Science Neurodiagnostic Laboratory Technology program.
• Maintain classroom and lab instruction with a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate outreach with industry personnel and employers; engage with professional organizations.
• Prepare syllabi, attendance, final grades and program documentation for accreditation.
