Job summary

ChristianaCare is recruiting a Full Time Radiologic Technologist in the Wilmington Hospital Radiology Department. The position requires midnight shifts with weekends and holidays as needed, and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities include radiographic procedures, patient care, clerical duties, and training radiology students, with an emphasis on QC and use of PACS and imaging systems.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiology Science.
• RT Technologist experience preferred.
• ARRT Registered Technologist required.
• Delaware license.
• CPR Certification.
• Flexibility in hours and duties is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
• Developing and identifying radiographs
• Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Portables, Fluoro
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems
• Operating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm Burn patient CD’s

The Wilmington Hospital Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Full Time (80 hr) Radiologic Technologist to work midnight shifts with weekend and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment

Hourly Pay Range: $33.43 - $53.48. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
