Qualificações

• ARRT registration in Radiography (R) is required or must be achieved.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) must be completed by end of orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Verify patient identity and review medical history to determine exam eligibility.
• Explain procedures, risks, and alternatives to patients.
• Set up imaging equipment and acquire radiographs per script.
• Review images and communicate findings to radiologist.
• Provide post‑care instructions and education to patients.
• Participate in quality and process improvement activities.
• Provide imaging education to residents, students, and new staff.
• Be available for on‑call as required by the department.
