Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (R) to join the imaging/radiology team on a PRN basis in Detroit, MI. You will verify patient information, explain procedures, and operate radiography equipment to capture diagnostic images under radiologist supervision.

Responsibilities include image review, protocol adherence, and providing patient education and post-care instructions in a fast-paced Level I trauma center environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography certification (or eligible)
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and medical records for exam appropriateness.
• Explain procedures, risks, and alternatives to patients.
• Set up equipment and acquire radiographic images per script.
• Review images and document deviations from protocols.
• Provide post-care instructions as prescribed and assist radiologist.
