Job summary

DMC Receiving Hospital in Detroit, MI seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams, verify patient identity, and acquire images per protocol. You will explain procedures, manage patient safety, and support radiology workflow.

ARRT (R/CT) and BLS are preferred; 1+ year experience is desirable. On-call versatility may be required, with opportunities for professional development at a Level I Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• ARRT-registered in Radiology or CT preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider cert required by end of orientation.
• 1+ years experience as Radiologic Technologist or CT certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT exams with appropriate imaging equipment.
• Verify patient identity and review medical history for exam appropriateness.
• Explain procedures, risks, and post-care instructions to patients.
