Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Florida seeks a Radiologic Technologist. Under the direction of a Radiologist, you will perform radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, applying prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnosis and interventions.

You will take responsibility for designated areas and procedures, ensuring patient safety and image quality while maintaining professional standards in line with ARRT and state requirements.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention. Technologist will assume responsibility for all designated areas and procedures as required.

Required License and Certs

• ARRT: Amer Reg Rad Technologist
• BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
• FL RT: Florida Radiologic Tech
• RTR: Registered Tech Radiology
