Position Highlights:

• Schedule: PRN, schedule varies

Job Summary:

Performs diagnostic radiology procedures using appropriate equipment and techniques for all age groups served, following accepted standards of practice, and demonstrating expertise in limiting radiation exposure. Assists radiologists and other qualified staff with invasive procedures, patient scheduling, clerical, and image processing functions.

Required Education, Certification, and Registration:

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program, such as an Associate Degree in Radiography.
• Minimum six months experience as a diagnostic Radiologic Technologist preferred; one year with patients preferred.
• Currently registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligible, with registration to be completed within 12 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification.
