Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited ARRT program.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow radiation safety practices per guidelines.
• Position patients and use immobilization devices to obtain quality images.
• Explain x-ray exams to patients and answer questions.
• Operate CR/DR equipment and PACS systems.
• Ensure imaging equipment is functioning and report malfunctions.
• Review orders and document exams in EMR and PACS.
