Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist who will perform radiographic procedures requiring independent judgment under the supervision of a Radiologist.

The ideal candidate will possess an ARRT certification (or eligibility) and a Diploma or GED. Primary responsibilities include operating radiographic equipment, patient education, and adherence to safety practices.

This role includes working with diverse age groups and may require performing Bone Density exams.

Qualifications

• Licensure or certification: ARRT Registry or eligible with 1 year proof.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence to perform quality radiographic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiographic equipment and produces quality radiographs.
• Adheres to infection control and safety practices.
• Maintains patient records and proper documentation for exams.
