Capital Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to provide high-quality clinical imaging services in a patient-centered setting. The role requires strict adherence to ALARA principles, safe patient handling, and competent operation of radiographic equipment to obtain optimal images.

You will support radiology students and collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate, efficient exams and documentation. Located in New Jersey, the position involves on-site work with potential on-call

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• New Jersey Radiology Technologist License.
• ARRT certification.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider.
• Ability to perform on-call, holiday, and weekend work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide radiology services per department standards and support radiology students and technologists.
• Maintain ALARA safety and radiation protection for patients and staff.
• Ensure correct sending of images to PACS.
• Assist physicians in performance of studies using standard protocols and safety procedures.
• Enter data accurately to assist radiologists in interpretation.
• Readies/installs/uses holter monitors and performs EKGs where applicable.
