Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality radiology services in a fast-paced environment. You will support patient safety, maintain image quality, and ensure accurate data entry for radiology studies.

The role involves performing imaging procedures, protecting patients, and collaborating with physicians to deliver excellent care. Training and credentialing are required, with on-call and weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• New Jersey Radiology Technologist License.
• ARRT certification required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical radiology services following practice standards.
• Demonstrates radiation protection and safety protocols.
• Performs imaging studies with proper positioning and technique.
• Ensures accurate patient identification and data entry for radiology reports.
• Sends images to PACS and ensures study quality for radiologists.
• Assists physicians during imaging procedures in a safe manner.
