Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Emory Clinic Spivey Station in Georgia. The position is part-time (32 hours) with Tue-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shifts.

You will operate radiologic equipment, perform a range of exams, train staff, and uphold safety standards to minimize radiation exposure. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and at a minimum be registered with the ARRT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required per American Heart Association.
• Minimum of one year of radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality radiographs for diagnostics.
• Perform routine, portable, OR or fluoroscopic exams.
• Guide and supervise lower-level radiologic staff and students.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
• Assist in radiology QA and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper billing via Radiology Information System.
