Job summary

Emory Univ Hosp-Midtown Campus in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). The role requires ARRT registration, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience.

You will perform a range of radiologic procedures, maintain patient safety, and support training of staff and students. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to produce radiographs for diagnostics.
• Performs routine, portable, OR or fluoroscope exams and guides staff/students.
• Positions patients and explains procedures to minimize exposure and anxiety.
• Maintains safety and quality assurance in radiology procedures.
• Completes documentation in Radiology Information System and follows charting procedures.
