Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Radiologic Technology, including performing and optimizing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Active or eligible certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Strong knowledge of Radiation Safety principles and practices.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine and Radiology as they relate to spine care, pain management, and interventional procedures.
• Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Radiologic Technologist in Wisconsin.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and a multidisciplinary care team.
• Attention to detail, reliable documentation practices, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or interventional radiology is beneficial. Prior experience with C-Arm's preferred.

Role Description

The Radiologic Technologist role at Pro Spine & Pain is a full-time, on-site position based in Kenosha, WI. The individual in this role will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support spine and pain management evaluations and treatments, following physician orders and established protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing patients for imaging, positioning patients and equipment, operating radiologic devices, and ensuring high-quality, accurate images for clinical review. The technologist will maintain radiation safety standards, verify patient information, document procedures in the medical record, and collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow. Additional duties include equipment quality checks, adherence to regulatory requirements, and participation in ongoing process improvements to enhance patient care.

• Strong knowledge of Radiation Safety principles and practices, with commitment to minimizing exposure for patients and staff.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine and Radiology as they relate to spine care, pain management, and interventional procedures.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Radiologic Technologist in Wisconsin.
