Job summary

Pro Spine & Pain in Kenosha, WI, seeks a full-time Radiologic Technologist to support spine care and pain management evaluations with diagnostic imaging, following physician orders and established protocols.

You will prepare patients, position equipment, operate radiologic devices, ensure image quality, uphold radiation safety, document procedures, and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Radiologic Technology, including performing and optimizing diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Active or eligible certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Strong knowledge of Radiation Safety principles and practices.
  • Foundational understanding of Medicine and Radiology as they relate to spine care, pain management, and interventional procedures.
  • Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology preferred.
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Radiologic Technologist in Wisconsin.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Attention to detail, reliable documentation practices, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or interventional radiology is beneficial. Prior experience with C-Arm's preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for imaging and position them and equipment for procedures.
  • Operate radiologic devices and ensure high-quality, diagnosable images for review.
  • Maintain radiation safety standards and verify patient information.
  • Document procedures in the medical record and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff.
  • Perform equipment quality checks and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvements to enhance patient care.
  • Support efficient patient flow and accurate imaging workflows.
  • Assist with training and orientation for new staff as needed.
