Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to perform diagnostic imaging exams and provide expert imaging support in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and staff to ensure high-quality images and patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT(R) certification, a state license, and BLS, with 1–2 years radiology experience preferred. Shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, and weekends; benefits eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• Radiologic Technologist with ARRT(R) certification and state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• May be required to complete the MA Competency Checklist for clinic/InstaCare settings.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging exams following department protocols.
• Maintains patient safety, quality imaging, and infection control standards.
• Identifies patients, verifies orders, and prepares exam setup.
• Reviews images for quality and provides patient education and comfort.
• Instructs students and other staff on exam protocols and equipment.
• Keeps accurate records and adheres to coding and QC procedures.
