Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to perform diagnostic imaging and provide expert support in the radiology department. You will work with radiologists and clinicians to ensure high-quality images and patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires ARRT certification, state license, and BLS; experience with fluoroscopy and mobile imaging is preferred. Excellent patient interaction and strict safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state license are required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.
• Experience in a variety of diagnostic exams preferred, including fluoroscopy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Prepares patients, verifies orders, and ensures proper identification.
• Performs exams per protocol and reviews image quality.
• Follows radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe environment.
• Completes studies timely while supporting student and staff education.
• Educates patients, maintains infection control, and documents procedures.
