Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to perform diagnostic imaging exams and ensure high-quality results. You will work with radiologists, physicians, and staff in a fast-paced environment, maintaining safety and accuracy across various imaging modalities.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification and state license required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• May need to complete MA Competency Checklist and function as MA in clinic or InstaCare.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Performs exams per department protocol and reviews images for quality and accuracy.
• Ensures patient identification, prep, and safety, including adherence to radiation safety guidelines.
• Educates patients and assists students/other staff in protocols and equipment.
• Follows QC programs and reports equipment failures.
