Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and participate in quality control under department guidelines. You will maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and accurate data entry while supporting workflow and student training.

The role emphasizes compliance with local and federal regulations, teamwork with clinicians, and ongoing credential maintenance. Shift options include day hours with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered as required for radiologic technologists.
• Delaware State License required where applicable.
• CPR certification required.
• Mammography certification when applicable—within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment and perform procedures per department policy.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (ACR, Joint Commission).
• Enter accurate patient data into clinical systems and coordinate workflow.
• Protect patient privacy and use three identifiers for every patient.
• Assist learning of students and new staff in procedures and safety.
