Job summary

ChristianaCare Cecil Campus Radiology department seeks a full-time Tech Assistant to support imaging operations, patient transport, and communication of imaging results. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a medical office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years related medical office experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls in a busy radiology department.
• Upload outside imaging studies for comparison for radiologists.
• Handle CDs, prints of imaging records, and report deliveries to physicians.
• Operate PACS and office systems ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Provide courteous, professional interactions with patients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Joint Commission requirements.
