Qualifications

• Completion of an approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT certification or registry eligibility within 90 days and temporary state license required.
• Current unrestricted license in the state where practicing.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends/holidays/on‑call and ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify physician orders and procedures for accuracy.
• Operate radiologic equipment following established protocols.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure understanding.
• Review images for diagnostic quality prior to transmission.
• Perform quality control procedures and address any regulatory remediation.
• Support departmental operations (inventory, staff scheduling, equipment maintenance).
• Adapt communication and approach to diverse patient populations.
