Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Radiography - X Ray Technologist to perform imaging procedures in an onsite Urgent Care setting in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role requires ARRT registration, BLS, and graduates from an accredited radiologic technologist program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (R); state licensure if required by law.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• Minimum Experience: None Required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history, initiate Radiographic images based on physician order and educate patient for cooperation.
• Safely administer contrast media or imaging medications and monitor patient condition.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report as appropriate.
• Apply imaging techniques to ensure image quality and equipment functionality per established best practices in Radiology (AART).

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
