UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures in accordance with scope and standards. The role is full time with a 72-hour pay period, days shift, onsite only.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (R). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position.
• BLS or CPR certification with card in-hand before start date; valid through sixty days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patient about procedures and exam.
• Prepare and administer contrast media/medications as applicable; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment; set exposure factors; ensure safety and perform QC; troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Position patient; perform imaging; analyze results and address image quality issues; may work with students.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
