Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as Radiologic Technologist (R) by ARRT; applicable state licensure if required by law.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification (or CPR card valid through hire).

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and physician orders; schedule and educate patients about procedures and equipment.
• Prepare and administer contrast media or medications within scope of practice; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment, set exposure factors, and perform quality control; troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Position patient and perform imaging procedures; analyze results and address image quality issues; transmit images.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
