Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in the HRH Diagnostic Rad department in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role is full time and onsite, with a Monday through Friday schedule and dayshift coverage.

The position requires ARRT registration, graduation from an accredited radiologic technologist program, and at least two years of experience. BLS certification is necessary before the start date, with ongoing coverage after hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position.
• 2 years of experience.
• BLS through AHA or ARC CPR certified; card in-hand before start date; valid through sixty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in productivity and quality management.
• Promotes teamwork and cooperation by serving as a positive role model.
• Coordinates services, prioritizes assignments and workflow; guides handling of complex or novel issues.
• Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance and troubleshooting; may work with Radiology students.
• Exhibits critical thinking, decisive judgment; works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
