Job summary

Pima Medical Institute is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to serve as Clinical Director for our Albuquerque Radiography program. You will coordinate clinical education, manage clinical site relationships, and ensure students develop the competency to succeed in the field.

In addition to a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, the role requires a Bachelor's degree, ARRT registration or NM license, and at least three years of clinical radiography experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
• ARRT registration or NM state license required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical radiography experience and instructional exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical education and instruction for radiography students.
• Manage clinical site relationships and contract agreements.
• Oversee student externships and evaluate clinical performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate radiation exposure records.
• Develop clinical objectives, schedules, and evaluations.
• Support accreditation and assessment processes as directed.
