Job summary

Pima-Medical-Institute’s Chula Vista campus is seeking a visionary Radiography Program Director to lead the JRCERT-accredited program. You will develop curricula, guide faculty, sustain clinical partnerships, and drive continuous improvement and accreditation.

This full-time, on-site role combines academic leadership with hands-on mentorship, team supervision, budget oversight, and strategic program administration—ideal for a leader ready to shape imaging education and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for leadership in radiography education.
• ARRT registration in Radiography required for clinical oversight.
• Minimum 3 years as Radiologic Technologist in clinical setting.
• Minimum 2 years as instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proven curriculum design and program administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership & Program Administration: set goals and design program structure.
• Curriculum Design: develop and maintain curriculum and select textbooks.
• Accreditation & Compliance: prepare self-study materials and maintain ARRT records.
• Student Success & Instruction: oversee teaching duties and student outcomes.
• Clinical Coordination & Site Management: secure sites and manage affiliations.
• Faculty, Fiscal & Operational Management: lead faculty, manage budget and resources.
