Job description

Radiography Didactic Instructor

Teach courses within the Radiologic Technology Program.

Responsibilities
  1. Teach courses within the radiological curriculum that coordinates with clinical experience.
  2. Participate in student recruitment.
  3. Develop course objectives, outline, lesson plans, and curriculum.
  4. Support students through counseling and advisement.
  5. Design, prepare, and develop teaching material that conforms to Radiologic Curriculum and AART Curriculum guidelines.
  6. Instruct and evaluate students and report progress.
  7. Cooperate with the Program Director and Director of Education in periodic review and revision of course materials.
  8. Maintain appropriate expertise and competencies through continuing professional development.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor of Science required.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Qualified to teach the subject areas of instruction.
  • Knowledge of course development, instruction evaluation, and academic counseling.
  • Hold appropriate professional credentials if applicable.
  • Previous teaching experience preferred.
Maximum Salary

$90,000 per year.

Minimum Salary

$72,000 per year.
