Job summary

Lotus Radio Corp. in Northern Nevada is seeking an experienced sales professional to sell radio and digital advertising. You will prospect, develop accounts, write proposals, coordinate copywriting and production, and manage billing and relationships with advertisers.

The role requires visiting client offices, presenting solutions, and traveling to station events. A strong track record in sales and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience B2B/Outside Sales; broadcast sales preferred but not required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team or independently.
• Strong presentation skills and customer service orientation.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Will to win with focus on helping clients while meeting budgets.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain new station and digital advertisers through prospecting and exceptional client service.
• Cold calling, developing new accounts, writing proposals, coordinating copywriting and production, billing collection.
• Build relationships and sell radio and digital radio as a marketing solution.
• Follow up on sales orders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure sales orders are submitted and processed according to company policies.
• Requires visits to client offices and premises.
• May require client outings to events.
• Provide weekly activity/call reports and other sales reports.
