Job summary

Riverfront Broadcasting of Iowa is seeking dynamic Account Executives for its Newton-Grinnell radio stations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with solid experience in building and maintaining relationships while meeting clients’ marketing objectives by selling the value of local radio and digital brands.

Responsibilities include selling radio and digital advertising, uncovering and closing new advertisers with marketing plans, inputting orders, and hitting monthly, quarterly and yearly

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and targets achieved.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must have a fully insured personal vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell radio and digital advertising.
• Uncover and close new advertisers using marketing plans of radio and digital products.
• Ensure company initiatives are maximized.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Input client orders and copy using company software.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual budget goals.
