Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification and registration in Radiation Therapy.
• Current New York State license, or eligibility.
• Master's degree, or current enrollment in a master's program.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in radiation therapy.
• Experience in a JRCERT-accredited program (instructional or administrative) strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: manage program faculty and staff, with mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Build the curriculum: develop and refine course content that keeps pace with modern clinical practice.
• Own accreditation: serve as the primary lead for JRCERT standards, self-studies, and site visits.
• Grow clinical partnerships: develop and maintain relationships with clinical affiliates.
• Support students: recruitment, academic advising, and clinical placement oversight.
• Teach: deliver didactic and laboratory instruction.
