Job summary

UNC Health seeks a Program Manager to lead training in Radiation Therapy and Medical Dosimetry. You will maintain the educational experience for students and support JRCERT accreditation across both programs, guiding ongoing assessment and development of the curricula.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Must have MDCB, CMD, and ARRT certifications.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience; two years as a JRCERT instructor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations including budgeting and didactic/clinical instruction.
• Lead annual assessment of handbooks/outcomes and update curricula for accreditation.
• Maintain JRCERT compliance, prepare reports, record-keeping, and accreditation activities.
• Secure documentation and renew contracts with clinical education affiliations.
• Enforce guidelines in the student handbook; participate in meetings.
