Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist required.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of radiation therapy principles, equipment, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and staffing for radiation therapists.
• Provide clinical and didactic instruction to staff and students.
• Review and revise departmental policies to reflect current standards.
• Monitor treatment rooms and CT areas for safety and staffing adequacy.
• Perform patient setup and deliver prescribed treatments per plans.
• Conduct QA checks and address equipment issues promptly.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the absence of leadership.
