Qualifications

• Master’s degree in radiation therapy or related field is required.
• Current ARRT certification/registration in radiation therapy is required.
• Minimum three years of professional clinical experience in radiation therapy.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate JRCERT accreditation activities and program operations.
• Oversee radiation therapy laboratory and classroom operations.
• Ensure safety compliance per regulations and OSHA standards.
• Develop engaging instructional delivery meeting JRCERT requirements.
• Hire and supervise Radiation Therapy adjunct faculty.
• Assist in budgeting and resource management for the program.
• Advise students and support recruitment and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with other faculty and leadership to meet program goals.
